Would highly recommend Dara. Had trouble with hip & knee which prevented me from running. Injury was recurring until I received treatment from Dara. Haven't looked back & have recommended her to friends & family. All satisfied customers.

I’ve been to a fair few physios over the years with persistant pains but Dara is the most effective one I’ve been treated by. She really takes the time to get to the root of the problem and is good enough to talk you through it all while getting top class treatment. Wouldn’t be going anywhere else, highly recommend.

I attended Dara due to very painful trapped nerves in my back. I hadn't slept properly in days. I was nervous getting any treatment because I was in so much pain. She instantly put me at ease and talked me through what she would do to fix my problem. Between deep tissue massage and dry needling she had me sorted after one session. I slept like a baby for the first times in ages. I couldn't recommend Dara enough, knowledgable, friendly and an excellent physical therapist.

I had chronic shoulder/neck pain for over 4 years and nothing would help. The doctors sent me for injections, still didn't help. I came across Dara online and haven't looked back since. She is brilliant at what she does and I am delighted to have full range of movement back in my shoulder as well as no more painful spasms. She is such a lovely down to earth person and exceptional at her job. My mother is now seeing her also for knee issues and she is over the moon also. I would highly recommend Dara.

The best physical therapist. Confident, educated, assured, and works wonders. I’m no easy client with a lot of muscular and tissue issues, so I’m cautious about who I see. I’ve been going to Dara very regularly for almost 2 years now and you won’t find me stopping any time soon. The relief I get from her sessions is huge. I’m telling anyone who will listen to go to her. Honest, genuine and most definitely value for money!

Dara is an exceptional physiotherapist and a truly warm, kind-hearted person. I felt noticeable relief already after the very first session. I work in a medical company that produces knee prosthetics, where I repeat the same motion for hours at a time. After just a few months, I started experiencing severe shoulder pain—so intense that it even disrupted my sleep. (I had never had issues like this before!)
